The other amenities for guests include the Observation Terrace for Red Rock viewing and stargazing, a state-of-the-art aerobic fitness studio, a cozy outdoor fireplace, sitting area and a heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi. guests who have reserved a spa treatments will enjoy complimentary use of the spa facilities including steam rooms, outdoor whirlpools and the men's and women's locker rooms with amenities. Reservation Information: Children under the age of 12 stay for free. All no-shows as well as cancellations less than 4 days prior to arrival will be charged with the room charge times the number of nights reserved. There are no refunds for early departures. Cancellation Policy: A $35 administration fee will be charged for all cancellations from the time of booking to five days prior to the check-in date. All cancellations inside of four days of the check-in date will be charged for all the room nights that were reserved for you. A no show will be charged for ALL the nights reserved - no refunds.
